Low volume plastic injection molding become popular in the recently years, we will discuss the situation and share the reason as following.

Economy. As we knew, the global economy become bad since 2008, it makes many different industries develop slowly year by year, so the requirement is not big. Many products are made by some different plastic parts, and the parts is made by injection, so the products just need low volume production.

Product upgrading. The company always upgrade the products to get more profits, people don’t like the complex design products, they like simple products, so the parts will be less and less in such situation. So, low volume injection molding is the best choice for the products.

Market competition. The company can’t make big production for some products, because there are many different companies in the markets, they also produce the similar products, it will be much difficult to sell all the products, in such case, low volume is the best choice for the markets.
