Tooling experience. We have much experience in tooling, our project team is good at quality tooling, the tolerance is +/-0.001mm, very precision, this is the first step for parts mass production.

Quality plastic materials. Our QC is very strict with the plastic resin quality, our plastic is passed many certifications, such as SGS, FDA, ISO9001 and etc. this can improve the quality parts.

Auto injection machines. There are 20 sets auto machines in our shop, it can cut down the total cost, for example, labor cost, electric cost. In the fact, some injection molding manufacturing companies can’t reach such production level, but we can do it.
